What a Seat Includes

Two Days of Work You Take Home

  • Two full days in the room

In Austin, October 26-28, plus the optional Sunday welcome reception.

  • A written 90-day plan

Your team builds it in the room, on your real strategy and your real numbers.

  • A license to AITP through the end of 2026

So the work continues after you fly home.

  • Meals and hotel room block access

    For the full two days.

The Problem

Your Company Cannot Become AI-Driven Until Its Leaders Do

Ask a room of executives who has mandated AI and every hand goes up. Ask who personally uses it every day to make themselves more valuable, and almost none do. That gap is the whole problem, and it starts at the top.

  • You get it. Your organization does not.

You have started to see what AI can do. The people you lead have not, and closing that gap is sitting on you.

  • It is pointed at the wrong work.

Faster emails and a smarter search box. Nobody was ever promoted for the quality of their emails, and the highest-value uses go untouched.

  • Strategy dilutes on the way down.

The plan is clear in the boardroom and blurry three levels below it, so everyone stays busy while the priorities that drive growth wait.

  • You think you have started.

A year ago leaders knew they had not begun. Now most believe they have, which is a harder place to lead from than knowing nothing.

The Accelerator closes that gap in two days.

With your own leaders, on your own strategy.

Two full days in Austin, and you walk out aligned on one plan.

How the Two Days Work

Strategy First. Technology Second.

Every block runs the same way. It is taught from stage, you apply it to your real numbers, then your team connects it to the plan. No panels, no buzzwords, no slides about the future of work.

Leaders applying AI frameworks together during a working session

CRIT™, the framework from the book, taught live

Context, Role, Interview, Task. The move most people miss is the inversion. You have AI interview you, one question at a time, and it pulls context out of your head you would never have thought to hand it.

You are the thought leader. AI is your thought partner.

Leadership team working together around a conference table

AITP, the platform your team decides on together

CRIT sharpens how you think. AITP aligns how your team decides, at the same table, in hours instead of months.

Your seat includes access through the end of 2026, so the work continues after Austin.

What actually happens

Four Sessions.
One Straight Line.

Reserve Your Seats

You walk in using AI to write emails. You walk out with your leadership team agreed on one plan. Here is the path between those two points.

Day 1

Learn to Lead With AI

Strategy first, technology second. Taught from stage, applied to your real numbers, then connected to the plan.

Day 1 · Morning

You learn to think with AI, not type at it

Geoff teaches CRIT™ live, well past what is in the book, and you do it hands on keyboard on your own real priorities.

Walk in: using it like a smarter search box. Walk out: running real working sessions with it.

Day 1 · Afternoon

You find the work that actually matters

Find the 20% of your role driving most of your impact, and get a straight answer on agentic AI, including where an AI agent fits in your business and where it does not.

Walk in: wondering if AI replaces you. Walk out: knowing what makes you irreplaceable.

Day 2

Align Your Team on One Plan

You apply Day 1's skills to the real work of running your business, with the people who make the decisions in the room.

Day 2 · Morning

Drive faster alignment

Surface your team's collective intelligence, expose hidden assumptions, and reach better decisions without months of meetings and bureaucracy.

Walk in: using it like a smarter search box. Walk out: running real working sessions with it.

Day 2 · Afternoon

Connect long-term strategy to the next 90 days

Translate long-term goals into a focused 90-day plan. Your team works through the priorities, tradeoffs, and commitments that move the business forward.

Walk in: using it like a smarter search box. Walk out: running real working sessions with it.

What You Take Home

You Leave With Work You Built, on Your Own Business

This is not a conference you attend and forget. Everything here is built by you, in the room, on your real strategy.

  • A written 90-day plan

Built by your team, connecting your three-year and one-year goals to the next 90 days.

  • Your highest-value AI map

The specific 20% of your work where AI creates the most value, including where an AI agent or assistant fits, so you leave knowing what to build and how.

  • The CRIT™ skill

The ability to run AI as a thought partner at the top 1%, which you keep and use every week.

  • Clarity on your competitive advantage

Pressure-tested for an AI-driven world rather than assumed.

The point is not cutting costs. It is getting more of what matters out of the team you already have, by putting AI to work on the 20% that drives growth.

The Tools You Keep

CRIT™ Makes You Sharper. AITP Makes Your Team Faster.

CRIT™ sharpens how you think. AITP aligns how your team decides, together, in hours instead of months. Both come home with you, and your AITP access runs through the end of 2026.

Who Should Attend

Built for Leaders Who Set the Direction

Reserve Your Seats

Three to five leaders is the sweet spot. Bring the people who make the decisions and you leave speaking the same language. Coming alone works too.

Leadership Teams

Bring three to five of your best, or your full executive team, and walk out aligned on one plan instead of one person explaining it back home.

Individual Leaders

Coming solo works. You do the full two days, build the skills on your own priorities, and leave knowing exactly who to bring next time.

Cross-Functional Teams

Bring the leaders whose functions have to align, because strategy without alignment goes nowhere. Founder-led companies and enterprise business units both work here.

Is This Your Room

Who This Is, and Is Not, For

It is for you if

  • You set direction and make the hard calls.
  • You have started with AI and want your team to catch up.
  • You would rather move before your market does.

It is not for you if

  • You want a technical, hands-on-code bootcamp.
  • You are looking for done-for-you consulting.
  • You are not ready to do the work in the room.

Not sure which side of that you are on? Talk with our team first and we will tell you honestly. We would rather you be in the right room than any room.

There is no outcome guarantee, and we would rather be honest about that than promise something we cannot control. What we can promise is this. If a leader cannot make it, another can take the seat. If you are unsure this is your room, talk with our team first and we will tell you plainly. Either way, you do not leave empty-handed. You leave with the plan.

Bringing more than five leaders? Talk with our team and we will help you choose the right option. Every seat includes the full two-day working experience, meals, the optional Sunday welcome reception, hotel room block access, and a license to ThoughtPartner through the end of 2026.

Questions

Before You Decide

Do I need to bring my whole leadership team?

No, but the benefits will be massive if you bring the leaders who make the decisions with you. Three to five is the sweet spot. That being said, having you in the room is step one.

Can I attend on my own?

You will do the full two days and leave knowing exactly which team to bring next time. Every individual leaves with a plan and a reason to send their people.

Is this right for a company our size?

Yes. Whether you lead a founder-led company or a business unit inside a large enterprise, the work scales to your stakes, and tables are grouped so you sit with real peers.

Do I need a technical background?

No. This is built for leaders, not engineers. You will not be writing code or building agents. You will leave with the frameworks to think about AI as a leader and the skills to use it every day.

How is this different from other AI training?

Most AI training is overly technical, academic, or disconnected from how you actually run a company. This is the only experience designed for leaders and their teams: you upskill yourself in the room, then apply it directly to your strategy and execution.

What will I leave with?

The skills to prompt at the top 1%, a framework for agentic AI, the tools to drive faster alignment and better decisions with your team, and a 90-day plan your team built and owns.

What's the schedule?

The event consists of an optional welcome reception on Sunday followed by two full days, in person, in Austin.

Can I speak with someone before registering?

Absolutely. Book a short Accelerator inquiry call and our team will answer your questions before you commit.

AI Will Not Change Your Company on Its Own. Your Leaders Will.
